Aleksand Saya - SubKultur LPAleksand Saya

SubKultur is an EP/LP by Aleksand SAYA, a Réunion Island artist fusing maloya, hip-hop and electronic music into a dense, underground sound. Rooted in traditional percussion and Creole poetry, the record pushes maloya into hybrid club and experimental territories, with heavy bass, synth textures and hypnotic rhythms. Written, arranged, performed and produced entirely by Aleksand SAYA and released on his Mazinasyon imprint, the record features artwork by Samuel Emma.
